(a private consultancy) and is a director of Franco-Nevada. Mr. Gignac previously served as President, CEO and a director of Cambior Inc., from 1986 to 2006 and previously held management positions with Falconbridge Copper Company and Exxon Minerals Company and has served as a director of several public companies.
